About Dr Karen Kong

Dr. Karen Kong is an expert in infertility and reproductive surgery. She is the only Australian gynaecologist with dual Fellowship qualifications. These are in CREI (Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility) and AGES (Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery). She finished her fellowships at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne and St George Hospital in Sydney. She also has a Master’s in Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales.Passionate about patient care, Dr Kong says:
“I love my job and the good I can bring to my patients’ lives by helping them conceive their desired baby and helping women who suffer from gynaecological problems.” Her personalised approach helps make even the most difficult journeys easier. Her specialist interests include managing fibroids and endometriosis medically and surgically, as well as PCOS and recurrent miscarriage. Dr Kong is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
